This painting was named after Maya Angelou's "Still I Rise". The rose and hydrangea bring in some bright, hopeful colors and feelings and the texture of the snap dragon and rose buds brings in the idea of fun and possibility. I love how this painting turned out. It's smooth and fun, feminine and clean, and I think she's a lovely lady :)
This piece was painted on a square foot canvas that fits beautifully in canvas floater frames. It comes unframed, but there are several colors/variations of floater frames that are easy to find online.
Imagine your cottage core dreams coming true with a gallery wall full of hand painted flowers--- or is that my dream! Anyway, this piece is a floral beauty that would add a sweet, feminine flare to the home.
