At the end of February I made the scariest, most exciting leap of my life—I’m giving myself six months to turn my art into a sustainable full-time career.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve dreamed of a life filled with creativity, imagination, and beauty. Art has become my way of seeing the world—through a joyful, romantic lens that captures nostalgia, whimsy, and the magic of everyday moments. Over the past few years I’ve honed my art business while simultaneously working another job. As I entered into 2025, I spent time reflecting and goal planning, and I began to realize that I needed to make a change. My mantra has sort of become:
Big change inspires big change.
It really impacted me when I thought of it and has continued to ignite me through the ups and downs of growing my art business!
So, I’ve set a challenge for myself: in six months, I aim to build my art business to 3 times it’s current revenue. I don’t have all the answers (yet!), but I’m committed and ready to document every step of this journey—the wins, the struggles, and the lessons along the way.
